We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to increase NMS brand awareness in export markets and run effective lead generation campaigns. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer skilled in B2B content creation, digital advertising, and marketing automation, with a strong understanding of our target industries. As a freelancer, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads to capture high-quality leads from export markets.
- Brand Awareness: Design and implement digital marketing strategies to boost NMS’s brand presence across Europe, focusing on target industries and showcasing NMS’s calibration expertise.
- Content Creation: Create and curate B2B content that resonates with our audience, including LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, blogs, and ads, in line with NMS’s tone and messaging.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline outreach processes, particularly for cold email campaigns, and ensure effective engagement tracking.
- AI Tools & Analytics: Leverage AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and enhance marketing ROI.
- Website Management: Update and optimize NMS’s WordPress website, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with ongoing campaigns and SEO practices.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in creating, managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads, targeting international export markets and attracting high-quality leads.
- Ability to develop and implement brand awareness strategies tailored to European markets, with a focus on specific industry audiences and experience in niche technical services such as calibration, advertising.
- Strong B2B content creation and curation skills, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs and advertisements, maintaining a consistent tone, messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools for cold email campaigns and engagement tracking, with experience in streamlining processes and improving outreach effectiveness.
- You are able to use AI tools for campaign optimization and performance analysis, along with experience in managing and optimizing WordPress websites for user experience, SEO and campaign alignment.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the ability to create clear, engaging and persuasive content tailored to B2B audiences across multiple platforms.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented in your thinking, able to work independently and adhere to high standards of integrity and ethics.
