In order to ensure fast provision of services and quality customer service, we would like to inform you that from January 1, 2022, the course of certain Nordic Metrology Science processes is changing. We share the most important and relevant process changes with you below:


Ordering process


The ordering process does not change, but it is temporarily impossible to place an order on the Customer Self-Service Website. The order can be placed by delivering the devices to any regional laboratory or customer service department as well as by phone, e-mail or by delivering measuring instruments with an order form via courier service.

Issuance of documents

From January 3, the customers will only receive paper documents after the service has been provided if the document is required for an instrument, or, for an additional fee, if the document is not required. Digital documents will temporarily not be issued. We will provide the paper documents when you withdraw the instruments.


Customer self-service

Customers registered on will still be able to sign into the self-service system and see the documents and invoices that were issued until January 3. The system will not accept new registrations for the time being, and from January 1, 2022, copies of the issued paper certificates will not be uploaded on the self-service website.
